A program that equips participants with skills to manage crisis situations and emotions in a healthy way. It emphasizes building safety skills and reducing self-harm behaviors.

Parent Project

Men’s Group*

A facilitated group therapy session specifically for men to discuss challenges, develop coping mechanisms, and gain support related to mental health, relationships, or other life issues in a safe and confidential space.

NA Meeting

Narcotics Anonymous meeting. A peer-support group for individuals seeking recovery from addiction to drugs and alcohol.

2:00 pm – 5:00 pm

IOP*

A structured treatment program for individuals with mental health or substance abuse issues that provides intensive therapy and support Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays, while allowing participants to live at home.
