Executive/Clinical Director
Dr. Kilinc joined the Freedom Center as Executive/Clinical Director in April, 2019. She has over 22 years of experience working in behavioral health, accreditation, managed care, and government sectors. Before joining the Freedom Center, she served as the Director of Behavioral Health for Aetna Better Health of Ohio where she helped to implement Ohio’s Duals Medicare and Medicaid Managed Care Demonstration. She is a Professional Clinical Counselor with 20 years of clinical and management experience. Dr. Kilinc earned a doctorate degree in Counselor Education from the Ohio State University in 2001.
Mindy Langdon
Administrative Director
Mindy Langdon joined the Freedom Center July 6, 2004. She was promoted to Administrative Director on March 6, 2023.
Mindy oversees the day-to-day operations of the agency including: oversees A/P and A/R, Agency Billing and Claims Reconciliation, Supervising and Training Administrative Office and Support Staff, Oversees Property Maintenance and Security, and Quality Assurance Secretary.
When not at work, Mindy enjoys spending time with my husband and son, camping, playing card games, watching movies, and doing crafts. You will find Mindy with her entire family (all 15 of us) together at her parents’ house for Sunday dinner, eating food, watching TV, talking and enjoying each other’s company (for the most part).
